		<description>The problem with these so called &quot;natural&quot; oils and eczema treatments is that they contain many irritants and contact allergens such as perfumes and wool oils that can cause further allergic reaction and irritation on already inflamed skin.  It would be wise to stay away from these products and only use documented &quot;hypoallergenic&quot; moisturizers such as Cerave or Aquaphor.</description>

		<description>I found in my own case that adding flax seed oil capsules and watching foods with food dyes was very helpful. I think nutrition is a key factor.

		<description>I am not sure what kind of excema I had in my early 20&#039;s but when I stopped eating wheat, it went away.  Although topical solutions helped - i found a lotion with turmeric in it that helped - it wasn&#039;t until I stopped eating the wheat that it went away.</description>
